    Job Summary

    The Project Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for all administrative-related inquiries from staff. They will assist the PMO in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. They will Maintain program documentation, including status reports, CDRLs, and action items and assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.

    Role Type:

    This position is an onsite role.

    Basic Qualifications

    Typically going to have 5 plus years of experience with performing administrative duties as assigned.

     

    Ability to ensure staff’s compliance with contract and customer training requirements.

     

    Experience Coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with logistics for attendees.

     

    Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued **TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance** .

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

    + Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

    + Excellent problem-solving abilities, with willingness to reach out to new people to find the correct solution

    + Documentation management and ability to use project management tools (SharePoint, MS Office, etc)

    + Attention to details even under pressure

    + Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
