Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee and enhance our customer service operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will lead a team, streamline processes, and champion initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members for the Customer Service Department.
• Oversee the daily workload and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices within the team.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies that improve customer experiences and internal workflows.
• Review and manage customer contracts, including renewals and updates.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and report on customer service effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage international shipping documents and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support the accounting and quality assurance teams during audits and other evaluations. Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using an ERP system similar to Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with high-volume invoicing and billing processes.
• Experience in the food production industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
