Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strong client relationships in our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to expand business opportunities and maintain exceptional service standards. Based in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
• Present tailored solutions to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of offered services.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
*Hybrid opportunity. Will be traveling locally to area businesses

Requirements
• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural economics and its application in business growth. Prior experience in Agriculture, farming, or animal science a must.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
