    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Operations Business Partner to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes, enhance financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in manufacturing operations, financial analysis, and ERP systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leadership to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.

    • Oversee and analyze financial data, including budgeting, cost accounting, and labor allocation.

    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.

    • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and manufacturing cost accounting standards.

    • Manage ERP systems such as SAP or SyteLine, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization.

    • Create and analyze bills of materials (BOM) to optimize production and cost management.

    • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to address key business challenges and opportunities.

    • Support the development and implementation of budget processes across departments.

    • Partner with teams to improve labor allocation and resource planning.

    • Communicate financial insights and operational recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, or a related field.

     

    • Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or SyteLine.

    • Demonstrated expertise in accounting functions, cost accounting, and budgeting processes.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.

    • Solid understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and bills of materials (BOM).

    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

    • Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in financial operations.
