    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support the organization’s receivables operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule

    + Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts

    + Apply cash receipts and reconcile credit card payments

    + Conduct commercial collections and communicate directly with customers and buyers

    + Update financial records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems

    + Resolve discrepancies in account balances or payment history

    + Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve billing issues

    + Maintain documentation for all accounts receivable transactions

    + Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze account data and track performance

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role

    + Proficiency in billing, collections, and cash application processes

    + Strong knowledge of credit card reconciliation and data entry

    + Familiarity with commercial collections and managing customer accounts

    + Skilled in using Excel and other financial tools for reporting and analysis

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

    + Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
