Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Analyst with hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Salesforce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and improvement of key business applications—especially our Salesforce environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, and Operations to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and support user training and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support issues, configurations, and enhancements
+ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across internal business systems
+ Manage user access, permissions, and profiles within Salesforce
+ Work closely with Salesforce admins and developers to escalate issues and support new releases
+ Assist in documenting business processes and support procedures
+ Analyze data quality issues and support data cleansing efforts
+ Provide end-user training and ongoing support for application usage
+ Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Systems Analyst roles
+ 1+ years of experience supporting or administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, validation rules, permissions, and reports
+ Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
+ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
+ Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Salesforce Administrator certification
+ Experience with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools)
+ SQL or data analysis skills
+ Exposure to Agile methodologies
