Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in City of Industry, California. As part of a family-owned company with a casual work environment, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting accounting operations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Perform general ledger reviews and reconciliations to maintain consistency in financial records.

• Handle bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing.

• Export financial reports and present key findings to management for decision-making purposes.

• Manage amortization schedules and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Support month-end close processes to meet reporting deadlines.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial data. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a small business environment.

• Proficiency in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger management.

• Experience with journal entries and month-end close procedures.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

• Ability to analyze and present financial reports effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and casual work environment.
