    Description

    A company in the Forest Hills Area is in need of temporary to hire Bookkeeper.

     

    The position is onsite but can be hybrid once there is trust built.

     

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner

    + Perform bank reconciliations and support payroll processing activities

    + Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

    + Conduct collection calls and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks software is a must

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

    • Experience with payroll processing and bank reconciliations preferred.
