    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll processes and support accounts receivable functions for our organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage payroll, assist with financial tasks, and collaborate with employees and departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all accounts are set up accurately.

    • Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients by utilizing external credit risk management tools.

    • Prepare and issue customer invoices with precision and timeliness.

    • Lead efforts to collect overdue payments, including initiating follow-up calls.

    • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or account disputes.

    • Process semi-monthly payroll, including handling deductions and reimbursements for employees.

    • Administer payroll taxes, company contributions, and 401k submissions accurately.

    • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and collaborate with HR to onboard new hires.

    • Assist with month-end account reconciliations and support annual audits.

    • Manage the company credit card program and provide additional financial assistance as needed. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting-related roles.

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems and payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

    • Familiarity with financial tools like Crystal Reports and 401k administration.

    • Strong understanding of accounting functions, auditing processes, and benefits administration.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to employee inquiries.
