    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Automotive Title Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of automotive titles in compliance with lending partner requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and demonstrates professionalism in every interaction. This role requires previous Title experience, working on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process automotive titles with precision and efficiency to ensure compliance with lending partner specifications.

    • Audit and verify loan and title documents for completeness and accuracy.

    • Manage the Title Check Queue and ensure timely resolution of tasks.

    • Provide feedback to management regarding operational challenges and improvements.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and meeting service level agreements.

    • Stay up-to-date on state-specific titling laws and requirements to ensure lien perfection.

    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Assist in updating internal processes to align with changes in state titling laws and requirements.

    • Monitor accounts for discrepancies or potential fraud indicators.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for resolving escalated issues.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus.

    • Previous experience in automobile loan processing, title handling, or dealership operations is required.
