Description

We are looking for an experienced Voice Architect to join our client's 100% remote team. This short-term contract role will be part time, working for multiple clients on Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice Connect projects. You will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between technical development and client goals while ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing activities, including gathering requirements, conducting system demonstrations, and facilitating user training.

• Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements utilizing cloud technologies.

• Develop functional designs, user stories, and technical documentation based on client needs.

• Configure and optimize features within a leading ERP/CRM platform and integrate with cloud-based communication tools.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical teams to implement, test, and validate custom solutions.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed with high quality and within agreed timelines.

• Provide expertise in mapping business requirements to technical solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.

• Apply Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, and participation in scrum activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in cloud platforms or enterprise ERP/CRM systems.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring cloud-based telephony and CRM voice solutions.

• Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect experience including integrations

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

• Experience in aligning technical solutions with business objectives to deliver measurable results.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as writing user stories and participating in scrum teams.

• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Service-focused CRM certifications, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
