Enjoy helping people and talking cars?  We are looking for a Service Advisor who's great with customers, keeps things moving and makes service visits smooth and stress free.   How you will make an impact:   * Customer Service: * Greet customers and answer questions/address concerns. * Explain and recommend services and repair options, providing cost estimates and timelines. * Ensure customer satisfaction with service and repairs. * Establish and maintain customer follow-up programs to ensure satisfaction. * Recommend additional services and products.   * Service Coordination: * Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians, customers and vendors. * Document customer concerns and translate them into work orders for technicians. * Verify insurance information and obtain customer approvals for repairs. * Coordinate factory and after-market warranty compliance.   * Administrative Tasks: * Process repair orders, invoices, and payments. * Maintain customer records and service history. * Manage inventory of loaner cars and supplies. * Warranty management.   About you:  * * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior customer service experience * Prior Sales experience is a plus * Superior attention to detail * Active listening skills * Conflict resolution * Great oral and written communication skills * Understanding of industry terminology, repair procedures and vehicle systems
