The E-7A Program is seeking a **Senior Engineering Manager** to serve as the **Mission Systems Deputy Chief Engineer** **and Mission Computing Hardware Manager** for the UK and Korea E-7A Programs. This position is located in **Oklahoma City, OK** and also interfaces with a small team in Richardson, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Directly manages engineers performing design, development, integration, qualification, certification and shipside support for the Mission Computing Hardware subsystem, which is the central nervous system of E-7A and supplies the primary user interface
+ Considerable supplier oversight/management for procurement and qualification testing
+ Serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer for E-7A Mission Systems, reporting directly to the E-7A Mission Systems Chief Engineer, with oversight responsibility for UK and Korea E-7A Mission Systems work scope
+ Foster highly functional relationships with UK and Korea E-7 Program Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and Mission Systems IPT Leaders, set priorities, report up/out at key leadership reviews, and help identify/resolve resource conflicts and deficiencies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering or Technology field
+ 3+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or equivalent
+ 3+ years as a Control Account Manager or equivalent Earned Value Management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 5+ years experience in Mission Systems or Electronics Design
+ Demonstrated experience with environmental, EME/EMI qualification per DO-160, Mil-Std-810, Mil-Std-461/464
+ Demonstrated experience with Airworthiness Certification (FAA / MIL)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $149,600 - $202,400
