    We currently have a short-term contract opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.     Responsibilities

    - Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

     

    - Handle and route all incoming phone calls

     

    - Order office and kitchen supplies

     

    - Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support

     

    - Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills

     

    - Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

     

    - Be a welcoming presence for visitors

    Requirements

    - At least one year of recent Receptionist experience required

     

    - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

     

    - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

     

    - Adeptness in ordering office supplies and equipment

     

    - Microsoft Word experience

     

    - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

     

    - Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
