Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Do you have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and payroll processes? We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

+ Execute all aspects of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

+ Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payment schedules.

+ Perform and maintain detailed account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

+ Lead cash forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing projections for management decision-making.

+ Administer and oversee payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to labor laws.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

+ Manufacturing Experience: Proven accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.

+ Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and technical accounting skills.

+ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) are a plus.

+ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
