Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to key financial processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including coding invoices and performing three-way matching.

• Assist with grant billing procedures, with training provided as necessary.

• Oversee payroll processing for a team of approximately 15 employees through TriNet.

• Handle accounts receivable tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting functions and reporting.

• Support cash flow analysis to ensure effective financial management.

• Collaborate on the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a computerized accounting system.

• Work closely with team members to ensure compliance with nonprofit financial requirements, if applicable. Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting software systems.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of payroll processing systems, such as TriNet or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with nonprofit accounting practices is a plus.

• Ability to analyze cash flow and assist in budget preparation.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Previous experience with grant billing or willingness to learn.
