    Robert Half Office Team (Somerset, NJ)


    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to provide outstanding service and support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. This is a long-term contract opportunity in Somerset, New Jersey, within the health and biotech industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with product and service-related questions.

    • Process orders for various products, including accessories, parts, and warranties, while ensuring accuracy.

    • Maintain and update customer records, including warranty registrations and service notes.

    • Notify customers about any delays or out-of-stock items related to their orders.

    • Adhere to call quality standards and strive to exceed performance benchmarks.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

    • Work overtime as required to meet workload demands and training schedules. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a remote or hybrid call center customer service role.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to follow up effectively.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as internet applications.

    • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

    • Must have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a genuine desire to assist customers.

    • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps (hardwired with Cat 5 cable). TalentMatch®
