    e💼 What You’ll Do:

    + Process and manage shipping and receiving documents

    + Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with vendors and carriers

    + Track, trace, and update shipment status in our system

    + Ensure accurate data entry and file management

    + Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations

    + Assist with inventory control and warehouse coordination

    + Support Customs documentation and compliance processes

    • What You Bring:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

    + Basic knowledge of shipping terminology and procedures

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (WMS/TMS a plus!)

    + Excellent communication and time management skills

    + Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

    a💲 Pay & Opportunity:

    + Temp Rate: $21–$23/hour

    + Perm Rate: $23–$25/hour

    + Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    Requirements • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

     

    • Proficiency in typing at 50+ words per minute.

    • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not required.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or IBM AS/400 is a plus.
