Description

Pay: $30 per hour

Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temp to perm professional to assist with calendaring and data entry for complex multi-party litigation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing deadlines, tracking dates, and handling detailed scheduling for hundreds of cases simultaneously across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and maintain calendars for attorneys, including court appearances and case deadlines.

+ Track and manage case-related dates and deadlines from multiple sources efficiently.

+ Coordinate schedules for a team of attorneys operating across different locations.

+ Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and ensure seamless calendar integration with Microsoft Outlook.

+ Provide occasional paralegal support as needed, once trained and familiarized with the role.

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.

+ Prior experience in handling litigation schedules and calendars is highly preferred.

+ Paralegal experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities once acclimated.

+ Ability to handle high volumes of case data while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
