Description We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Fairfield, New Jersey. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data visualization and analysis to design, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Maintain and enhance data visualization tools to ensure accuracy and usability.

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide technical expertise in the use of data analytics tools and methodologies.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.

• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for data analysis and visualization.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics technologies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing data visualizations, particularly using Power BI.

• Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of database systems.

• Expertise in data analysis and visualization principles.

• Familiarity with tools such as DAX technologies and business intelligence platforms.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
