Key Responsibilities:

+ Review and correct proof errors, applying accurate adjustments to customer and general ledger accounts.

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in daily cash reconciliation reports.

+ Monitor and analyze daily cash management activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Respond promptly to internal inquiries via phone and email, supporting branch teams in resolving cash balance outages.

+ Maintain accurate financial documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a similar cash-intensive environment.

+ Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial balancing processes.

+ Skilled in using banking systems, financial databases, and reconciliation tools.

+ Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.

+ Clear and professional communication skills for internal collaboration.

+ Capable of working independently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

+ Flexible availability, including occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
