We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and optimize the financial strategies of our organization. • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain transparency.

• Monitor key financial metrics to drive organizational stability and long-term growth.

• Mentor and support finance team members, fostering growth and process improvement.

Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and advanced financial tools.

• Strong knowledge of business systems, including CRM platforms.

• Expertise in accounting functions, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.

• Advanced skills in capital management and cash flow analysis.

• Exceptional analytical abilities with a focus on identifying financial risks and opportunities.

• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
