Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and manage pricing strategy for existing and potential inventory – including defining and monitoring inventory by sales velocity

• Critically analyze Landing Gear data to identify optimal configuration, condition and value.

• Measure, analyze, and react to planned performance variances by asset types.

• Manage and modify valuation models as required in response to market changes

• Review and provide valuation of assets for acquisition.

• Identify components and drive speculative purchases to supplement inventory and meet unique customer demands.

• Determine optimal inventory level and placement globally to meet customer demand.

• Using market insight, actively participate in asset planning by coordinating with Sales & Acquisitions on existing and future customer demands and market availability

• Assist with new product entry and existing inventory exit strategy.

• Analyze inventory to support quarterly impairment reviews.

• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Educational/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related aviation experience

• Asset management experience in the aviation industry, preferably in the USM market

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and financial acumen

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage people and lead a team responsible for Asset Strategy and Management

Key Competencies

• Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills desired

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task

• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities

• Track record of customer centric behaviors and approaches (internal and external)

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Demonstrated ability to work and resolve business challenges across functions

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes on short notice Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aviation or a related field.

• Proven asset management experience within the aviation industry, particularly in the airframe and landing gear market.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing teams focused on asset strategy and management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel, including on short notice, as required by business needs.
