    Are you an analytical professional with a passion for numbers and financial planning? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Budget Analyst to join a reputable company. As a Budget Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating financial plans, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze and prepare budgetary reports that reflect the financial goals and objectives of the organization.

    + Assist in budget development, including forecasting, planning, and identifying potential cost-savings opportunities.

    + Monitor the organization's budget and expenditures to ensure they align with approved plans.

    + Conduct variance analyses and communicate findings to management, including recommendations for adjustments.

    + Provide insights to department heads regarding financial performance and resource allocation.

    + Develop financial models and tools to support decision-making processes.

    + Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations related to budgeting and expenditures.

    + Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to streamline budget-related processes.

    Requirements

    + 2-4 years of experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.

    + Strong knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).

    + Proven ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate and actionable reports.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication to present findings and recommendations clearly.

    + Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    + Proactive in identifying and resolving budget discrepancies.
