Overview Maintenance Specialist I Beaver Falls, PA - Full-Time, Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Rates starting at $18.35 per hour. We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist I. Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. Programs include adoption and foster care, Meals on Wheels, senior centers and affordable housing. The Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus. Qualifications for Maintenance Specialist I: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training. Valid driver’s license.
