Job Summary: Responsible for managing of the CaroMont Health property portfolio, including, but not limited to, performing comprehensive property management functions, lease database management, lease property expense analysis, property contract services, leasehold improvements, tenant improvements, property portfolio analysis, space planning and management, move management, infrastructure and aesthetic needs, brand compliance, furniture and fixtures management, and recommendations for capital improvements. Serve as point of contact for all building management needs for CMG owned or leased properties, Belmont MOB, professional office buildings, all properties owned or leased by CaroMont Health, excluding CRMC, Courtland Terrace, Robin Johnson House, and CMRC Mount Holly ED. Manage space planning for CRMC and all facilities. Serve as liaison with buyer/tenant representatives. Lead and manage FTEs associated with property management services.
Qualifications:
+ A bachelor's degree in planning, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field from recognized college or university and a minimum five (5) years of related professional experience in healthcare design, construction, renovation, capital, and space planning or a high school diploma with ten (10) years of related professional experience in healthcare design, construction management, renovation, capital and space planning.
+ Five years of experience as a manager or supervisor in general construction and/or maintenance.
+ At least five years of experience in hospital construction or maintenance as a supervisor or assistant manager.
+ Must have Certified Healthcare Constructor Certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) or obtain within 2 years of hire date.
+ At least five (5) years supervisory experience in a physical and capital planning environment, healthcare environment preferred.
+ NC General Contractors unlimited License is preferred; OSHA (10) hour course.
+ Knowledge and ability to use email, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, CAD, Revit, Navisworks.
+ Ability to communicate through formal written process as well as face to face with departments, contractors, governing agencies and Senior Leadership.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to operate; Forklift operators certification.
+ Have knowledge of safety/infection control and implement it on all jobs daily.
