About the Role Vieux Vins Group (VVG) is seeking a service-oriented and analytically-minded Analyst. We're looking for someone with strong Excel skills, experience with NetSuite, and a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you'll analyze sales data, streamline documentation, and support efforts to improve operational efficiency and business insight. You'll also be the first line of support for system and process issues, helping enhance the user experience. You'll work closely with salespeople, managers, buyers, and leadership, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Responsibilities: Process Expertise & Support Serve as a go-to resource for frontline troubleshooting in the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed. Train end users-salespeople, purchasing staff, and managers-on how to best use operational systems. Sales and Purchasing Data analysis Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to support sales and purchasing staff to identify trends and variances. Create and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Assist purchasing team with supplier performance, lead times and priceing trends. Assist purchasing team with sales projections and inventory turnover. Reporting & Data Analysis Own and update the "standard set" of NetSuite saved searches and reports used by business leaders. Leverage NetSuite to extract and analyze data, support transactional workflows and ensure data integrity. Provide Excel-based support for data validation and light analysis. Respond to ad hoc analysis requests, such as evaluating budget performance and sales patterns. Tool Optimization & Documentation Create and maintain "how-to" documentation for the day-to-day sales and purchasing tools (e.g., Orders.vvg.wine, Ramp, Sigma, NetSuite). Identify inefficiencies in systems usage and recommend improvements or refinements to tools and processes. Document report logic, steps taken for analysis, and outcomes in a clear, easy-to-follow format using our knowledge-base tools (GetGuru). Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Math or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and general data manipulation techniques. Strong analytical thinking, written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to clearly explain complex systems or workflows in simple terms. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is a strong plus.
