Responsibilities: Project Ownership & Execution End-to-end ownership of operational and technical projects such as NetSuite configuration, compliance automation, email platform migration, etc. Define project scope, drive execution, manage testing, and oversee seamless rollouts. Transition completed projects to appropriate business support teams (Sales, Purchasing, Operations). Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for scope alignment and execution Sample Projects You May Lead Implement repeatable case labeling solutions for compliance with Utah's packaging laws. Drive the standardization of distributor-level pricing using custom pricing records in NetSuite. Lead the implementation of default "Item Groups" for streamlined item creation. Migrate customer service email systems from ZenDesk to Front. Own data validation for new commission software rollout. Coordinate the groupwide rollout of a new internal documentation platform. Spearhead conversions from legacy NetSuite workflows to VVG's new standards (e.g., pricing records). Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, etc.) and external NetSuite consultants. Gather and refine requirements, develop test plans, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure alignment before deployment. System Testing & Troubleshooting Design and execute test plans to identify issues before release. Proactively identify roadblocks or inefficiencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly. Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have Skills (Exceptional level required): Project Management: Ability to own and deliver complex technical or process projects across multiple functions. Testing & Troubleshooting: Strong competency in designing, executing, and documenting test plans; finding and fixing issues early. Sense of Urgency: Ability to prioritize, unblock, and push initiatives to completion quickly. Other Desired Skills: Proficient in Excel and NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Experience in the wine industry is a plus but not essential. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
