Overview Caregiver - $6,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment). Mars, PA - Full-time, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday Caregiver Pay Rate starting at $17 per hour. As a Caregiver you maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs. Qualifications Caregiver qualifications include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age. Additional experience with service for elders is preferred. CPR/First Aid or successful completion after hire. Successful completion of state direct care programs. Basic knowledge of computers required.
