As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

• At least 2 years of experience in construction projects related to Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical Production Facility Construction preferred

• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

• some knowledge of HVAC and Mechanical systems

• Experience assisting with contractors and superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.

• Ability to review and assist with HVAC and Mechanical scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase

• Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.

Ideally, you’ll have the following:

• Bachelors degree in construction or mechanical engineering preferred

• Knowledge of and experience with RFI’s and drawing packages through use of (CM tools)

• Pharma experience
