    *_Position Summary:_*

     

    The Help Desk Support position is responsible for hardware and software support for the organization.*_Training and Continued Education_*

     

    Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.

     

    *_Minimum Education_*

    * 2 Year Degree is preferred in a related computer field.

    * Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT Service Management tools, Remote AssistanceApplications, SCCM, Dameware, SCCM, and Microsoft Windows operating system.

    * 2 Years of work experience in help desk support and computer repair.

    * Experience with repairing, troubleshooting and installing software and hardware in a Windows networkenvironment.

    * Excellent writing and communication skills required.

    * Industry certifications preferred – CompTIA A , Network , Security , ITIL Foundation, etc.
