The Role

Responsibility:
• Learn to read and interpret commercial real estate lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Identify and abstract critical data points such as lease dates, rental rates, operating expenses, and tenant responsibilities.
• Accurately input lease information into CoStar’s proprietary database, supporting our lease comp analytics.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain privacy and discretion with all data extracted from leases.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
•A proven track record of commitment to prior employers
• Academic coursework or internships related to real estate, legal studies, finance, or accounting.
