As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, working a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, 8-10 hours daily. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 yearly (depending on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and generous paid time off (PTO).

    Qualifications:

    + 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction of all types

    + Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W)

    + Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products

    + Client relationship management experience
