**onsemi** is seeking a highly effective, energetic, and highly organized individual with great communications skills to be responsible for our S&OP process within supply chain. This person will be at the center of the process driving accountability, data accuracy, and communication. Ensuring all cross-functional teams such as sales, business units, supply chain, and finance understand the expected outcome, roles and responsibilities, and timeline. This person will own enhancements to not only the process, but also to our forecasting system (Blue Yonder). They will act as the liaison between the requester and IT on those enhancements.
