Engage customers in Oil, Gas, Chemical, and Process
Industries!
As the Technical Service and Life Cycle Portfolio Sales and
Business Development Specialist (Oil, Gas, Chemical and Process Industries),
you will be very visible to new potential and select existing customers as well
as all internal relevant sales, proposal and execution and management
functions. You will be discovering and developing life cycle solution needs and
be driving the associated relevant key sales phases. You will act as account
manager for select customers and /or sites representing current and future
portfolio of for Electrification, Automation and Digitalization services.
You will be on the road, engaging with customers,
identifying customer needs for life cycle services, and be managing your
efforts using CRM tools. You will be involved in the full sales cycle of your
opportunities and will be presenting opportunities and solutions at a moderate
technical and commercial level. You will be responsible for winning base and
high value add business and growing sales funnel significantly.

How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Contributeto growing revenue and improving customer experiences in North Americawithin the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process Industries marketsegments.
+ Build,manage, and expand demand and business growth from current and newcustomers across various accounts and geographical areas.
+ Defineand manage demand for EAD Brownfield/Aftermarket Projects & ServiceLife Cycle Solutions, presenting, following up, and winning contracts.
+ ApplyCRM tools to closely track accounts, opportunities, and activities,ensuring seamless operations, transparency, and forecasting.
+ Helpcustomers identify relevant EAD portfolio offerings that can enhance theiroperational efficiency, aiding them in achieving their goals.
+ Demonstrateself-motivation by setting clear targets and goals, always striving forexcellence and not being satisfied with the status quo!
What You Bring
+ Technicalunderstanding of industrial electrical systems required; AdditionalProduct specific knowledge and automation systems is also preferred.
+ 5+years in an Industrial services market Sales with understanding ofElectrification, Automation and Digitalization, solutions, and services isrequired; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a moresenior level position.
+ Ahigh school diploma/GED that can be verified is required; A bachelor’sdegree in electrical and or controls related engineering field ispreferred.
+ Proventrack record in technical and commercial sales in North America; Deepunderstanding of and existing network in the Oil & Gas, Chemical andProcess Industries.
+ Strongcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of workingin multi-functional teams and dealing with all levels of management;Strategic and tactical vision, capable of inspiring change with ambitiousand high-performing objectives.
+ Willingnessto travel regionally up to 40% of the time.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
