A Snapshot of Your Day

Your typical day can range from virtual meetings with

clients and SE internal sales teams across the globe to collaborating with your

team members and other departments to develop a proposal and meet the due date.

You will also collaborate closely and communicate either in-person or via Teams

often with various engineering disciplines along with SCM/vendors and other

functions to develop the solution and proposal. Coordinate your work and store

critical files accurately for the execution team's success post-project win!

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Maintaingood records.

+ Followall processes and acquire vital approvals.

+ Collaborateand iterate with Sales; and subject matter experts from Engineering,Factory, and Vendors; and other team members, in order to effectivelydefine project details and requirements prior to Order.

+ Developcost model and schedule for proposed solution (hardware, labor,engineering, buy-out, risk, travel, and commercial instrument costs).

+ Developclear technical/commercial proposals and present data to customers(internal, and external as required) to capture profitable business forthe company.

+ Facilitateorder entry and commercial review of Client Purchase Agreement and act asinterface between Sales and the Factory, and Lead Internal ProjectKick-Off Meetings (and external as required)

What You Bring

+ Associatesdegree required with 3+ years progressive business/technical experience isrequired (preferably Associate of Science or Associate of AppliedScience).

+ Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and writing skills, and possess anddemonstrate a high degree of tact and integrity along with an appropriatelevel of tenacity.

+ Goodorganizational and time management skills and ability to listen tocustomer needs, develop complex solutions and sell the benefits to theclient.

+ Provendigital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook, Power-Point).

+ Workcollaboratively and individually with the same passion and intensity.

+ Travel(estimated 10%) in order to provide support technically to sales andclient to help close potential opportunities!

Thebase salary range for this position if based in New York is$80,000.00-$100,000.00 and the annual incentive target is 10% of basesalary. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such asexperience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employeestypically do not start at the top of the range, though compensationdepends on each individual’s qualifications.
