Senior Salesforce CRM Test Analyst
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
6 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce CRM testing, automation, and integration
Effective collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a high-performance team of Quality Engineers focused on CRM testing, automation, and integration.
Define and implement testing best practices, automation frameworks, and quality metrics.
Establish and maintain a test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, and end to end testing
Implement automation frameworks for CRM modules, including customer data, workflows, and reporting
Ensure end-to-end system validation across CRM integrations (ERP, marketing tools, data warehouses, etc.)
Collaborate closely with product management, development, and operations teams to define quality requirements, address risks, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Advocate for and implement automated testing practices, ensuring effective use of testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
Define quality metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement opportunities.
Identify potential quality risks early in the development process and work with teams to implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and across the organization to enhance software quality and testing processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SF certification would be ideal
