Job Summary

The Lead Developer role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Azure IoT to drive innovation in Engineering & Design and Industrial Manufacturing domains. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate across teams to enhance digital solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimization of IoT technologies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions impacting both company growth and societal advancements.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and implementation of IoT solutions using Microsoft Azure IoT to optimize industrial manufacturing processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT technologies in engineering and design projects.

+ Develop and maintain scalable IoT architectures that support the companys strategic objectives.

+ Oversee the deployment of IoT systems ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.

+ Provide technical expertise in Azure IoT guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios.

+ Analyze data from IoT devices to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

+ Implement security protocols to protect IoT systems from vulnerabilities and threats.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to align IoT initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

+ Drive innovation by exploring new IoT technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all IoT implementations.

+ Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on the latest IoT technologies and practices.

+ Monitor and report on the performance of IoT systems recommending enhancements as needed.

+ Support the development of IoT strategies that contribute to the companys competitive advantage. Qualifications

+ Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IoT with a proven track record in industrial manufacturing applications.

+ Demonstrate experience in engineering and design domains applying IoT solutions to drive efficiency.

+ Showcase ability to work in a hybrid model effectively collaborating with remote and onsite teams.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills particularly in complex technical environments.

+ Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IoT development with a focus on Azure technologies.

+ Display strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field with relevant certifications in Azure IoT.
