Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an **OIPA Systems Integration Specialist** to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement product improvements in the Life and Annuities domain

+ Apply OIPA and SQL expertise to ensure efficient product functionality and integration

+ Analyze and interpret sophisticated data to drive strategic decisions and product improvements

+ Develop and maintain OIPA Rule Palette configurations to optimize product performance

+ Ensure XML data structures are accurately implemented and maintained for detailed operations

+ Provide technical support and mentorship to team members on OIPA Architecture and related technologies

+ Perform detailed testing and validation of product features to ensure quality and compliance

+ Supervise industry trends and integrate standard methodologies into product development strategies

+ Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve team knowledge and skills in Life Policy owner service

+ Collaborate with collaborators to capture requirements and feedback for continuous product improvement

+ Document and communicate product specifications and updates to relevant parties

+ Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and product usability

+ Give to the company’s mission by developing innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Required Qualifications

+ Possess solid understanding in Life and Annuities Insurance, ensuring domain expertise

+ Show strength in OIPA, SQL, and XML for effective product management

+ Have experience in OIPA Architecture and Rule Palette for robust product development

+ Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive product strategies

+ Show ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams

+ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for collaborator interaction and documentation

+ Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in product development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $60,325– $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
