About the Role

We are looking for a **Senior Genesys Cloud Architect** to join our dynamic team within Cognizant’s **Customer Service Transformation** practice, part of our **Enterprise Platform Services (EPS)** . This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with deep expertise in **Google CCAI Platform** , **Genesys Cloud** , and **Amazon Connect** . You will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge contact center solutions that drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

+ Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using **Google CCAI** , **Genesys Cloud** , and **Amazon Connect** .

+ Lead the development of robust, high-performance architectures aligned with business goals.

+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

+ Integrate diverse systems and platforms to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.

+ Continuously assess and enhance system performance, identifying opportunities for innovation.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs and implementations.

+ Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

+ Promote the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies across the organization.

+ Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.

+ Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives.

+ Deliver impactful technology solutions that contribute to positive societal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

+ Proven experience with **Google CCAI Platform** , **Genesys Cloud** , and **Amazon Connect** .

+ Strong background in designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native architectures.

+ Expertise in data quality, governance, and integration best practices.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities.

+ Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

+ Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Certifications Required

+ **Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect**

+ **Genesys Cloud Certified Professional**

+ **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**

Compensation & Benefits

+ **Salary Range:** $150,000 – \$180,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
