Adecco is helping their client in Everett, WA find an experienced material handler to assist the department assigned with their shipping, receiving, packaging, counting, sorting, labeling, and routing of materials to designated areas. This is a temp to hire position,
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Inventory, sort, segregate, label and put away materials by following set guidelines.
+ Route packaging materials to proper departments.
+ Coordinate receiving/shipping and material handling transactions with appropriate individuals/departments.
+ Instruct and/or assist in preparing merchandise for shipment.
+ Maintain necessary records and files of transactions, verifying accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records on Oracle or other systems.
+ Arrange stock for efficiency and accessibility.
+ Adhere to all safety rules and may use forklift and other material moving tools and moving machinery.
+ Pick up and deliver product to the appropriate destination.
+ Expedite internal material requirements, transferring inventory to multiple locations including MRB.
+ Perform physical inventory and complete cycle count of materials, reconcile bad counts with assistance from Buyer/Planner.
+ Performs other duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Experience:
+ Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Material Handler or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Able to speak, read and write in English to maintain clear and accurate communication.
+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels.
+ Basic understanding of Excel and ERP systems for data entry.
+ Able to follow all required safety guidelines set for different tasks.
+ Able to regularly lift items up to 25lbs and up to 50 on occasion.
+ Position requires repetitive use of upper extremities' and being able to stand and walk on a variety of surfaces for the duration of scheduled shift.
+ History of reliable attendance and able to work scheduled shift.
Details:
+ 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
+ Pay, up to $21/hour based on experience

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
