    Adecco is seeking candidates to join our as Contract Development and Analytics department—responsible for managing over 1,000 contracts with diverse terms, pricing, and fees. Our team oversees the full lifecycle of contract processes, and this role focuses on the critical task of contract setup to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Create and implement contract agreements/amendments in company systems, including updates for new or discontinued products.

    + Ensure contracts meet pricing accuracy, proper approvals, signatures, membership eligibility, and distributor notification requirements.

    + Act as a key point of contact for contract information with internal teams, wholesalers/distributors, and external customers.

    + Provide timely, clear communication to support accurate contract pricing and maintain compliance.

    + Respond to inquiries from wholesalers/distributors about contract setup, pricing, and eligibility.

    + Assist in resolving contract-related issues and customer questions.

    + Manage communication through a shared mailbox.

    + Process contracts for countersignature.

    + Support implementation of new systems as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

    + 2–4 years of experience working in contract management or a related area.

    + Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry, specifically within Managed Markets, Contracting, Pricing, or Operations.

    + Experience reviewing and executing contracts with an analytical and business-focused approach.

    + Proficiency in SAP and Model N is a strong plus.

    **Pay Details:** $35.14 per hour
