Adecco is assisting a top company in the area, recruiting for a **Credit Quality Analyst in Plano or Fort Worth, TX**
+ **Location:** Hybrid in Plano or Fort Worth, TX (3 days in office, 2 remote)
+ **Type:** Temporary - 8 Month Assignment
+ **Shift:**
+ Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
+ Mon - Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
+ **Pay Rate:** $32.05/hr
Job Description
As a Credit Quality Analyst, you will manage commercial construction draw processes and closing Service Modifications, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review construction draw packages and resolve construction and title issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of loan budgets and all sources of funds.
+ Ensure loans are in balance and comply with all approvals.
+ Monitor documentation requirements and exceptions.
+ Perform support functions .
+ Analyze requests in accordance with established guidelines to determine appropriate courses of action.
+ Interact directly with the Client Management team, borrowers, legal counsel, construction consultants, and title companies to deliver World Class Service.
+ Collaborate effectively and contribute proactively to project and initiative development.
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of commercial real estate construction loan administration experience.
+ Finance or Accounting experience.
+ Understanding of regulatory requirements and credit and operational risk management.
+ Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with various business partners.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Technical proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
+ Basic math/accounting skills.
+ Strong communication and client service skills

**Pay Details:** $32.05 per hour
