Adecco is assisting of our top clients in their search to fill a **Production Team Lead position** in Redding, CA. We are looking for permanent employee for this role. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Monitor production plans, schedules and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.

• Lead daily team meetings to review goals, align priorities, and ensure successful execution of plans.

• Monitor daily attendance and escalate unreported absences to management.

• Provide consistent, open communication with management to keep them informed of daily tasks and progress

• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the production area.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

• Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on key metrics.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
