Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

**Location:** Fort Collins, CO

**Pay Range:** $17.00 – $ 18.50/hour

**Status:** Seasonal, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 35–45+ hours/week

Adecco is currently hiring for A leading event rental company in Fort Collins. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to join the 1st shift team during the busy season. This is a **seasonal position** , **full-time** , and the potential for long-term employment after the season.

What You’ll Do:

+ Ensure all event rental equipment (e.g., tents, tables, chairs, linens, flooring) is clean, functional, and ready for delivery.

+ Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently according to scheduled routes and event requirements.

+ Inspect returned items for cleanliness and damage; restock accordingly.

+ Assist in inventory control, product quality checks, and preparation of orders.

+ Perform occasional maintenance and repair tasks.

+ Maintain accurate paperwork and follow company procedures and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Preferably 1+ year experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or inventory.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently under pressure.

+ Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

+ Basic math skills and ability to use smartphones/computers for inventory tracking.

Shift Details:

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
