+ **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
+ **Pay Rate:** $ 23.44/hr

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that enhances the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. This role involves standard transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation according to established guidelines and procedures.
+ Respond to client inquiries via various channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
+ Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine research requests.
+ Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns as needed.
+ Provide general operational support, including mail sorting and distribution.
+ Maintain a professional presence and respond to emails in a professional manner.

+ **Accountability:** Ensure all requests are completed thoroughly.

+ **MS Suite:** Proficiency in Outlook, Word, etc.

**Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
