Modivcare is looking for an experienced Field Services Specialist I to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting in performing random and assigned field investigations, conducting observations, and supporting provider relations across healthcare facilities and transportation providers.

This role…

+ Assists with scheduling field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.

+ Conducts scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels, driver and vehicle compliance with contractual standards, and on-time performance.

+ Supports the tracking and maintenance of train-the-trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.

+ Occasionally attends training sessions conducted by third-party trainers to ensure compliance with CTAA/NSC standards.

+ Helps assess trainer compliance with instructional standards and informs leadership of findings.

+ Aids in developing action plans based on field investigation outcomes.

+ Supports training compliance monitoring aligned with the organization's curriculum.

+ Assists with network digitization, platform adoption, and market-specific initiatives.

+ Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

+ Local business travel may be required up to 75% or more.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

+ High School Diploma required.

+ Zero (0) plus years of relevant experience.

+ Valid driver's license for appropriate vehicle type.

+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

+ Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.

+ Familiarity with local road laws, ability to read maps and use GPS.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to follow complex instructions and work independently.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+ Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.

Salary: Pay Starting at $22 - $24/hr
