    Necessary Skills and Strengths:

    Accounting | Bookkeeping | Invoice Processing | Data Entry |

    Core Experience:

    • 3+ years of accounting experience

    • Experience with processing invoices and collections

    • Experience with vendor management

    • Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs

    Responsibilities of this Role:

    • Maintain accounts receivable processing and perform reconciliations

    • Manage collections activity and provide status updates to management

    • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring purchase order to invoice matching, documentation, and reconciliations are in line with internal controls

    • Identify and address inefficient processes proactively

    • Contribute to the monthly reporting processes through assigned reconciliations

    • Provide external auditors with the necessary information for the annual review

    • Conduct other reconciliations and accounting research as required

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
