    Description

    The Import Operations Customer Service Representative role is for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. This individual will multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment while providing best in class customer service. This is an excellent career opportunity in an expanding, and exciting industry. Job Description: • Work with Importers and U.S. Customs to prepare, transmit, clear, examine, and deliver international cargo arriving into the U.S. • Work with airlines, steamship lines, truck lines to facilitate shipment movement into the U.S. • Work with Participating Government Agencies such as FDA, FCC, DOT, F&W, EPA, etc. to clear cargo arriving into the U.S. • Ensure adherence to customer SOP’s, agency regulations, and company standards • Enter, upload, or compile shipment importation and commercial invoice data into in house software for transmission to U.S. Customs • Preliminary Entry Summary auditing • Partner with client on U.S. Customs entry requirements • Other duties and projects as assigned

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.44/hr.
