Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst responsible for developing financial analysis through numerical schedules and memoranda, responding to requests from senior management. This position offers a hybrid schedule, working one day a week or one week a month from home, with an engaging and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the development of financial plans for operating groups and corporate departments.
+ Coordinate, implement, and analyze the corporate administrative budget and reporting process.
+ Initiate improvements in the budgeting and reporting process.
+ Prepare monthly financial reports as part of the month-end close process.
+ Assist in the financial analysis of operating groups on an ad hoc basis.
+ Coordinate daily/monthly orders and shipments reporting.
+ Coordinate plan and actual data.
+ Modify structure files and write report writers.
+ AR balance sheet
+ Analysis of assets & JE reconciliation
Essential Skills
+ 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and cost analysis.
+ Proficiency in ERP software, journal entries, reconciliations, and Excel macros.
+ Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
+ Must be open to doing operational and transactional accounting work as well
+ Tier 1 ERP system experience, SAP preferred.
+ Advanced Excel User skills, cost accounting knowledge, and manufacturing industry experience.
+ Understanding of SOX compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
+ Five to seven years of accounting experience.
+ Strong computer and spreadsheet knowledge.
Work Environment
The work environment requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. and steel-toed shoes are necessary, which are reimbursable up to $125 per year. Dress code is suitable for a manufacturing facility, with jeans being acceptable. The facility operates under ITAR regulations, emphasizing confidentiality and discretion. The position requires on-site work Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
